Making social risk management simple

Simplicity is a defining feature of sustainable social risk management. Projects are often introduced to social risk management as a condition of financing, or as a solution to community challenges. Regardless of why it begins, if social risk management is simple, then people are more likely to practice it throughout the life of the project.

At a minimum, good social risk management should result in no harm to communities where projects operate - something that is surprisingly challenging to achieve. Great social risk management results in positive impacts for projects, people and communities. No matter what, at the end of the day, social risk management done right should leave Projects thriving and communities developing.

Project / Communities creates simple solutions to scoping, assessment, programming and oversight needs -accessible solutions for projects of all sizes.
